We are seeking an experienced and motivated SolidWorks Sheet Metal Designer / Draughtsman to join our growing fabrication and engineering team based in Stanmore, North London. This is a hands-on role working closely with our project managers, workshop team, and clients to develop detailed manufacturing drawings and production-ready designs for a wide range of fabricated metalwork projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience using the SolidWorks Sheet Metal application and be capable of producing accurate 3D models, flat patterns, DXF files, and manufacturing drawings with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:- Create detailed 3D sheet metal models using the SolidWorks Sheet Metal module.
- Produce flat patterns for manufacturing and CNC processing.
- Generate fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, workshop drawings, and Bills of Materials.
- Create production-ready DXF files for laser cutting and CNC machinery.
