Based out of their Surrey office, the successful candidate will support the delivery of some of the UK s most exclusive and high-profile residential projects. The business has built an exceptional reputation for delivering luxury homes, bespoke refurbishments and one-of-a-kind properties, with projects located across London, the Home Counties and throughout the UK. This role will suit an experienced Estimator with a proven background working on super prime and high-end residential projects, with a strong understanding of bespoke construction, luxury finishes and complex refurbishment. The Role As Estimator, you will take responsibility for the full estimating process, preparing detailed and accurate cost plans and tender submissions for high-value residential projects. Working closely with the commercial team, project managers, architects, designers and specialist subcontractors, you will ensure projects are accurately priced from initial enquiry through to contract award.
