My client is a well-established drylining subcontractor with a turnover of around £35m, predominantly working on CAT A and shell & core projects for Tier 1 main contractors.
They have recently secured a number of new CAT B fit out projects and are now looking to expand further into the finishes market.
You will need to have solid experience in CAT B drylining and fit out, as you will be responsible for helping develop this area of the business.
You will need to understand the different systems involved, including specialist SAS ceilings, acoustic and soundproof partitions, as well as the wider requirements of CAT B fit out.
Experience dealing with fit out contractors such as Overbury and Structure Tone would be highly beneficial, along with an understanding of the pace at which these projects come to life and move from tender through to site.

The sky is the limit in terms of progression, with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses for winning work.
You can work from either their Slough office or their Central London office, with some days working from home.
