About the Company
This highly regarded subcontractor designs, manufactures, and installs bespoke ceiling and interior systems for high-end commercial fit-out projects across the UK. Their current projects in Manchester and Liverpool (each around £1M in value) need a skilled and motivated Site Manager to take the lead from either project to manage until practical completion. This business has a strong, stable pipeline of work and is planning for the future. With experienced senior team members due to retire in the coming years, they’re now looking for someone to mentor and develop into a Project Manager and eventually a Contracts Manager to lead the Northern Division.
Your Role:
- Lead the on-site delivery of high-quality ceiling and fit-out systems
- Oversee all phases from site setup to practical completion
- Manage subcontractors and clients and liaise with internal teams, including design and manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and third parties for seamless delivery
- Work on projects across the North West (travel costs covered)
