Hill the procurement of sub-contractors, materials and goods; the preparation and monitoring of site costs and budgets; and site set-up health and safety and including all technical, engineering and architectural aspects of the business from land acquisition through to site completions and final adoptions. Our client is currently looking for individuals who have experience dealing with super prime high-end residential projects, high-end refurbishments, new build and fit out projects for exclusive and prestigious clientele.
Main Duties:
- Support and mentoring of junior staff.
- Maximise profitability on contracts.
- Monitoring contract costs against budgets.
- Identifying potential risks and evaluate options for control.
- Preparation of estimates.
- Procurement of sub-contractors, including preparation of sub contracts.
