Are you an experienced Bid Manager looking to join one of London's leading commercial fit-out contractors?

Our client is an established main contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-end workplace fit-out and refurbishment projects across Central London.

Their portfolio includes prestigious CAT A and CAT B office developments, premium workplace transformations and design & build projects for some of the UK's most recognisable clients.

Due to continued growth and an increasing pipeline of negotiated and competitive tenders, they are looking to appoint an experienced Bid Manager or Senior Bid Manager to lead the production of high-quality submissions and play a key role in securing future work.

The Role

Working closely with the pre-construction, estimating, design and senior leadership teams, you will manage the full bid lifecycle from initial PQQ through to final tender submission.

You will be responsible for coordinating compelling, compliant and visually engaging bid documents that demonstrate the company's technical expertise and market-leading delivery capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and submission of PQQs, ITTs and tender responses.
  • Manage bid programmes and ensure all deadlines are achieved.
  • Coordinate technical input from internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Write, edit and develop persuasive bid content tailored to each opportunity.
  • Maintain and develop a library of bid content and case studies.
  • Produce professional-quality submissions using Adobe In Design.
  • Review tender documentation and identify key deliverables and submission requirements.
  • Ensure all submissions are compliant, accurate and presented to the highest standard.
  • Support continuous improvement of bid processes and documentation.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Bid Manager or Senior Bid Manager within the construction industry.
  • Commercial fit-out, interiors or refurbishment experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of PQQs, framework submissions and competitive tender processes.
  • Excellent written communication and proof-reading skills.
  • Advanced Adobe In Design experience.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously within demanding timescales.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across project teams.
