Our client is a specialist subcontractor with an annual turnover of £6M, delivering exceptional painting, decorating, tiling, and drylining projects. As a small, focused team, they offer a unique environment where every team member is noticed, supported, and given the autonomy to make an impact. The successful Quantity Surveyor will report directly to the Managing Director, giving you visibility and influence at the very top of the business.

Due to growing demand from tier-one main contractor clients, they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their painting, decorating, tiling, and drylining division. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, with travel to sites in London and the home counties.
