I am currently partnering with an international market leader specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of raised access flooring.
They are recognised across the industry as one of the biggest names in their field, delivering high-profile commercial fit out projects throughout the City of London with many of the UK’s leading Tier One main contractors.
Their contracting division generates around £35 million in annual turnover, but what makes this business truly stand out is not its size.
Despite operating on a global scale, they have never lost the culture that made them successful in the first place.

- Procurement of subcontractors and materials
- Pricing and agreeing variations
- Preparing and submitting applications for payment

- Negotiating and agreeing final accounts
