Bristol City Centre | 50M+ Refurbishment 50M+ refurbishment and retrofit project in Bristol City Centre, transforming a large-scale development into a high-quality modern workspace.
Due to continued project progression, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team.
This opportunity would suit a commercially driven individual with experience delivering Cat A or Cat B commercial fit out, refurbishment or retrofit projects.
The client is open to considering candidates seeking either a permanent position or a fixed-term contract, depending on experience and availability.
