Quantity Surveyor - JCT Design & Build Due to a strong pipeline of secured work over the next 18 months, the company is looking to strengthen its commercial team with the addition of a Quantity Surveyor.
Roles and responsibilities:
Take ownership of projects within a supportive framework, collaborating with senior team members as needed.
Issue correct notices.
Maintain contractual compliance.
Protect entitlement to extensions of time and manage risk effectively.
Required experience and qualifications:
Solid experience working under JCT Design & Build contracts.
Background across both main contracting and subcontracting environments is considered an advantage.
Experience in cladding or facades is advantageous, but sound knowledge of JCT contracts is the priority.
The role is set within a collaborative team that encourages input and supports professional growth.
