About the Role

You’ll be an integral part of a collaborative commercial team, working on a range of new build and refurbishment schemes across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own projects while being supported by experienced senior professionals who value precision, teamwork, and innovation.

Your role will include:

  • Managing all aspects of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Preparing bills of quantities, valuations, and cost reports.
  • Leading on subcontractor negotiations and package management.
  • Monitoring project budgets, ensuring profitability, and maintaining financial control.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the wider delivery team.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Experienced in working for a main contractor or developer.
  • Skilled in JCT contracts and commercial reporting.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An excellent communicator with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for quality construction.
