Job Description Our client is a leading property developer that operates across the country. The need now exists for a Quality Manager to join the team out of their office in Manchester. The position is offering 2 days working from home and 3 days working on-site/ office. You will be required to work on 2 high-rise RC frame developments in Manchester, both are in excess of 18 storeys in height. The ideal candidate should have: Experience in high rise developments, in excess of 16 stories. Significant work experience within the construction industry in Site management or similar QA role. Knowledge of both low-rise traditional housing and high-rise projects. Used Aconex Field or similar electronic Quality Management software. Experience overseeing quality within a Construction Mortgage Lending (CML). Relevant Construction Skills Certificate Card …
