About the Company
This respected subcontractor is renowned for designing, manufacturing, and installing high-quality ceiling systems for commercial fit-out projects across the UK. The business is currently managing projects across The North. The Project Manager will take charge of the on-site delivery of these projects, ensuring successful outcomes from the initial works through to practical completion.
The company is financially secure, with an established pipeline of future work. As the senior team members near retirement, they are looking for a dedicated Project Manager who can evolve into the role of Contracts Manager to oversee the Northern Division and lead a new generation of fit-out specialists.
Your Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on-site, overseeing the installation of bespoke ceiling systems for high-end fit-out projects
- Manage all stages of the project, from site set-up to practical completion
- Supervise subcontractors and collaborate with in-house teams, clients, and other stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Act as the point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring seamless communication
- Travel to various sites across the North West (travel expenses paid)
