Your Experience: * Significant experience as a competent fire safety professional within social housing or a complex residential property setting. * In-depth knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2021, and Building Safety Act 2022 obligations. * Proven experience managing fire risk assessments, fire remediation works, and passive/active fire safety programmes. * Track record of managing staff, contractors, and technical compliance budgets. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical reports and present clear, actionable advice to Executive Teams and Boards. * Relevant professional fire safety qualification or professional membership (e.g., IFE, IFSM, or tier-registered fire risk assessor status).
