Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd is representing a national contractor to appoint a Senior Site Manager/Construction Manager for a hotel refurbishment project in Perth, Scotland.
You will report to the Project Director and oversee the on-site delivery through refurbishment and fit-out works.
The successful candidate will have prior experience on refurbishment, fit-out or hotel projects, leading site operations and coordinating safety, quality and schedule to ensure successful delivery.
