About the Role
Hill & Hill are recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction consultancy seeking an experienced MRICS Surveyor to join its growing team. This role will primarily focus on delivering professional surveying services across NHS contracts, alongside involvement in residential development projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and client-focused Surveyor looking to work within a supportive, professional environment, with the opportunity to contribute to high-profile public sector and residential schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a range of professional surveying services across NHS estates and healthcare projects
- Supporting and managing residential development schemes from inception through to completion
- Contract administration and project delivery
- Preparation of specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation
- Cost control, valuations, and final accounts
- Client liaison and stakeholder management
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, legislation, and industry standards
- Providing strategic advice to clients across both public and private sectors
Requirements
- MRICS qualified (essential)
- Proven experience within a consultancy environment
- Experience working on NHS or healthcare projects is highly desirable
- Residential development project experience
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and project management
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Full UK driving licence (if travel between sites is required)
