Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential and mixed-use schemes across the country. Projects are generally high-rise towers/frames with retail and commercial space at ground and 1st floor levels and residential apartments above.
Our client is now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based on site in North West London. The project is a mixed use high rise scheme in excess of 1,000 units, split in multiple phases.
The position will report into the on-site Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Our client requires this individual to do the Procurement, account management and early procurement of packages. They are seeking applicants who have either worked for a recognised developer or contractor.
In return, our client is offering anything between £65k - £70k (basic) + full package (car allowance, pension, healthcare, bonus).
