About the Opportunity
Our client, a specialist commercial fit out contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Central London, delivering high-end, design-led workplace environments for prestigious clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager with a background in commercial fit out and workplace interiors to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, programme delivery and client satisfaction.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of luxury commercial fit out projects, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from pre-construction through to practical completion and handover.
- Developing and monitoring project programmes, budgets and procurement schedules.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, design teams and site management.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety, and workmanship.
- Managing client relationships and providing regular progress updates.
- Identifying and resolving project risks, technical issues and programme challenges.
- Monitoring project costs, variations and commercial performance.
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit out or workplace interiors.
- A strong track record delivering high-quality office fit out projects.
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction programmes, procurement, subcontractor management and project delivery.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
