Our client is a leading Super Prime Main Contractor delivering some of the UK's most prestigious and technically complex residential projects. Due to continued growth and an expanding pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Head of Pre-Construction to lead their pre-construction function and drive work-winning performance across the business. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the full pre-construction lifecycle, ensuring opportunities are properly qualified, commercially robust, and aligned with the company's growth objectives.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team across estimating, bid management and procurement, providing direction and governance from initial opportunity through to contract award.
Key Responsibilities
