Our client is a Chartered Surveying practice specialising in heritage and super-prime projects is looking to appoint a skilled, reliable, and efficient Senior or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will be involved across a diverse portfolio of projects, typically ranging in value from 500k to over 10m, taking responsibility from early inception through to final account. The role will cover both pre- and post-contract stages and include a full range of traditional Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration duties.
