Head of Design position available on a flagship Bristol-based retrofit and refurbishment project with a leading contractor. The role requires strategic and operational leadership of all design activities, coordinating consultants, stakeholders and project teams to deliver a seamless design process and successful project delivery.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex design coordination, ensure buildability and compliance, and drive value optimisation while maintaining programme.
