An opportunity has arisen for a Freelance Drylining Site Manager to join a well-established subcontractor delivering a £19M design and build life science and laboratory scheme in Oxford. This role offers over two years of continuous work on a flagship project.
The successful Drylining Site Manager will be responsible for leading site operations, ensuring the project runs efficiently, safely, and in line with programme expectations. This position would suit a hands-on Site Manager who is confident managing drylining packages on large, complex builds.
Duties will include:
- Managing all drylining works on site as the Site Manager
- Supervising operatives and coordinating subcontractors
- Maintaining high health and safety standards across the project
- Working closely with the main contractor and project stakeholders
- Monitoring progress and ensuring delivery to programme and quality targets
To be considered:
- Experience working as a Site Manager within drylining
- CSCS Gold Card as a minimum
- SMSTS qualification
- First Aid certificate
- Strong leadership and communication skills
