Drylining Estimator Drylining companies that boast big turnovers £35M++ often have a leadership team already in place, where retirement age is years off. They may also have Senior people in the business which would be inline, before you, for a promotion. Not for my client. We are looking for an experienced Drylining Estimator who has a vision to become the leader of their team. We are currently representing a drylining and façade contractor that has grown exponentially over the last few years. This is due to a number of mitigating factors, including a strategic buy in, the implementation of proper process and procedure as well as Newly appointed Managing Director with an extensive black book of contacts. Due to the above, they are now searching for a drylining Estimator who is looking for rapid progression within their career which they wouldn’t get elsewhere. Initially you will be pricing drylining projects for main contractors and developers, using first principals estimating, building rates from scratch. You will need to understand how drywall is built so you can flag design issues in the tender and price accordingly. This role is offering the potential to become the Estimating Manager or Head of Estimating, you can choose they’re cool like that. As this subcontractor continues to grow, they are looking for someone to grow with them. They do not currently have an Estimating Manager and so it is yours for the taking. This opportunity for a Drylining Estimator is suited to someone who is ambitious, focused and driven. You will need to be both a detailed drylining estimator as well as have the will to succeed and progress in your role into a leadership position.
