Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Construction Director to lead £250m+ works for our client, a nationally recognised developer with a turnover of £1bn+ specialising in high‑volume traditional housing and high‑rise apartments on the private high‑end market. The role is based in East London and is a full‑time director‑level position.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of £250m+ construction works, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
  • Lead pre‑construction and planning activities, including scope definition, cost estimating and scheduling.
  • Liaise with client architects, subcontractors and consultants to align project objectives.
  • Apply current building regulations and best practice standards to all stages of the project.

Qualifications

  • Stable work history with a recognised main contractor or developer.
  • Strong planning and pre‑construction skills with proven experience on large‑scale residential projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • In‑depth knowledge of current building regulations and construction best practices.

Pay & Benefits
