Our client is a national contractor undertaking major new build residential and mixed-use schemes across the country. The need now exists for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team out of their head office in London Bridge.
You will be required to work on a £400m mixed use office/residential scheme in Blackfriars, Central London. You will have a quantity surveyor reporting into you with the position reporting into the Commercial Manager.
Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on commercially leading High Rise RC Frame or large mixed use office developments in excess of £100m.
In return, our client is offering £90k - £95k (basic) + full package and bonus system on top.
