Our client is a nationally recognised property developer, delivering a diverse portfolio of new build residential, commercial, PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation), and mixed-use projects across the UK. They are now seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team, based in their office in Battersea, South West London.

This role will involve leading the commercial function across a large mixed use residential scheme, ensuring cost efficiency from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for cost planning, procurement strategy, budget management, and overseeing the commercial performance of developments in line with business objectives.

Key responsibilities:
  • Preparing detailed cost plans and project budgets that align with investment team requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates, procurement schedules, and project cash flows.
  • Managing commercial aspects throughout the project lifecycle to ensure delivery within agreed financial parameters.
