Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. Projects are generally high-rise towers/frames with retail & commercial space at ground & 1st floor levels and residential apartments above.
Now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based out of their head office in Essex. The position will report into the Head of Commercial. You will work in close collaboration with their cladding remediation team, offering an end-to-end service for high-rise and mid-rise façade remediation schemes. The role will be split between their head office in Essex and various cladding remediation sites across London.
Our client is seeking someone who has good experience in cladding remediation projects, with an understanding of the complexities involved in the Building Safety Act and Façade Works. Ideally coming from a developer or contractor background, they will also consider applicants working for sub-contractors.
This position is also offering flexible / hybrid working. In return, our client is offering anything between £65k - £70k (basic) full package (car allowance, pension, healthcare, bonus).
