We are working on a major, high-profile development for the new Cardiff Arena, and we are looking for a heavyweight Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a £15M drylining, design and build package. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role and take ownership for the delivery of this landmark project, that will help shape the Cardiff skyline.
You will have the support of a highly respected, industry-recognised Project Director, who will be on hand to guide and support where needed. However, make no mistake this is your project. You’ll be responsible for running it from cradle to grave, with full ownership and autonomy.
We are ideally looking for someone from the local market who understands the Welsh construction landscape so you can bring strong regional knowledge with an established network of contacts and fixers to help drive the project forward. That said, we are also open to candidates from outside the area. For the right person, accommodation will be covered Monday to Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays.
You will come from a strong drylining background, with experience delivering major drylining packages or managing multiple smaller projects in a Contract Manager capacity.
