The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Irish main contractor with a strong UK and Ireland presence. This Senior Quantity Surveyor role will be based on a major student accommodation scheme in Birmingham.

This Senior Quantity Surveyor position is site-based (4 days on site, 1 day in office), working on a £30m+ student accommodation development (240 units).
