Flexible working that fits your life with 2–3 days on site and the rest from home. After an initial period on site to get up to speed, you’ll settle into a hybrid setup that allows you to work where you’re most productive.

As the new BIM Manager, you’ll take ownership of the BIM model across drylining and ceiling projects, leading design integration and ensuring the 3D model drives construction efficiency. What you’ll do:

  • Manage and maintain BIM models for drylining and ceiling fit-out projects in Revit, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with BIM protocols.
  • Lead clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, coordinating with multiple trades and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Develop, edit, and integrate Revit families across projects, maintaining high standards for modelling consistency and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the design team, project managers, and site teams to embed BIM workflows, set standards, and streamline processes.
  • Mentor and guide team members in BIM best practices, helping to build internal capability and strengthen the in-house design team.

What you’ll need:

  • Strong Revit skills, including family creation/editing, scheduling, and model management.
  • Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and resolution.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-discipline BIM models, ensuring design integration and coordination.
  • Knowledge of drylining, ceilings, fit-out, or similar construction sectors preferred.
  • Leadership mindset, with experience guiding teams or mentoring junior staff.
