We’re recruiting a Site Manager for a major fit out project in South West London, delivering a high-spec healthcare facility. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Site Manager who has strong experience in fit out, healthcare builds, or complex refurbishment works. Day-to-Day Duties (Site Manager)
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations on this healthcare fit out project
- Managing subcontractors, trades, logistics, and site activities
- Ensuring the fit out programme is delivered safely, on time, and to spec
- Holding daily briefings and toolbox talks
- Coordinating with the Project Manager and design teams
- Managing RAMS, site paperwork, inductions, and compliance
- Reporting on progress and maintaining quality across all fit out works
- Ensuring the facility is delivered to healthcare standards and client requirements
Required Experience (Site Manager)
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on fit out or refurbishment projects
- Strong background in healthcare, hospital, clinical, or laboratory projects is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of fit out sequencing, quality control, and H&S
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)
- Ability to lead teams and manage demanding programme deadlines
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Experience delivering complex fit out packages
