We’re recruiting a Site Manager for a major fit out project in South West London, delivering a high-spec healthcare facility. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Site Manager who has strong experience in fit out, healthcare builds, or complex refurbishment works. Day-to-Day Duties (Site Manager)

  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations on this healthcare fit out project
  • Managing subcontractors, trades, logistics, and site activities
  • Ensuring the fit out programme is delivered safely, on time, and to spec
  • Holding daily briefings and toolbox talks
  • Coordinating with the Project Manager and design teams
  • Managing RAMS, site paperwork, inductions, and compliance
  • Reporting on progress and maintaining quality across all fit out works
  • Ensuring the facility is delivered to healthcare standards and client requirements

Required Experience (Site Manager)

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager on fit out or refurbishment projects
  • Strong background in healthcare, hospital, clinical, or laboratory projects is desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of fit out sequencing, quality control, and H&S
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)
  • Ability to lead teams and manage demanding programme deadlines
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Experience delivering complex fit out packages
