Construction Director in London, Stratford

Our client is a nationally recognised developer with a group turnover of £1bn. Undertaking high-volume traditional housing & high-rise apartments for the high-end of the private market. The need now exists for an experienced Construction Director to take charge of £250m works. The position will be based out of their office in East London. The ideal candidate would have a stable work history, gained with a recognised main contractor or developer. Our client is seeking a Construction Director with strong planning & pre-construction skills with the experience of liaising with client\’s architects, subcontractors and a knowledge of current building regulations. In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £150k – £170k full package & bonus system
