About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple luxury hospitality fit-out projects ranging from high-end hotels to premium bars and restaurants. This role is ideal for a confident leader with a proven track record delivering exceptional interiors within the hospitality sector.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day site management across several locations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of craftsmanship. The position requires strong client-facing skills, excellent coordination abilities, and the capability to manage fast-paced, design-led environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full site operations across projects in Horsham, Ascot, and Winchester
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations and site compliance
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout the fit-out process
- Drive progress to meet programme schedules and project milestones
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, project managers, and design teams
- Conduct regular site meetings, reporting, and progress updates
- Identify and manage potential risks, issues, or delays to keep projects on track
- Oversee snagging and final handover to ensure a luxury-level finish
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the luxury hospitality or high-end interior fit-out sector
- Strong understanding of high-quality finishes and bespoke interior installations
- Ability to manage multiple sites or projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Valid SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
