We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of four to five Design & Build drylining and ceiling fit-out projects across London. This is a key leadership role within a fast-growing organisation known for delivering high-quality commercial and residential interior packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the successful delivery of multiple drylining and suspended ceiling projects from pre-construction through to handover.
- Lead project teams, ensuring programme, quality, and commercial targets are achieved.
- Coordinate design elements, working closely with designers, clients, architects, and site teams.
- Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations, company standards, and client expectations.
- Oversee procurement, budgets, valuations, and cost control across all assigned projects.
- Build strong client relationships and act as the primary project liaison.
- Drive performance, manage risk, and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
About You
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager (or Senior Project Manager) within the drylining, ceilings, or wider interior fit-out sector.
- Strong technical understanding of drylining systems, partitions, ceilings, and related packages.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working on Design & Build schemes and coordinating with design teams.
- Commercially aware with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
