As a Small Works Contract Manager, you’ll take ownership of façade and cladding projects up to £1M, overseeing both commercial and production responsibilities. This includes programming, procurement, design coordination, quality control and all aspects of health, safety and environmental management.
In this role, you’ll wear many hats and work with people at every level, from tradesmen to Site Managers as well as Clients and Directors. You will need to be client facing as well as speak to the language of the site team.
You will report directly into the Managing Director, who comes from a main contracting background, so you’ll need to bring stronger façade and cladding expertise than he does.
