As our Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, contractors and colleagues, providing a welcoming and professional front-of-house service. The role will also provide general administrative and team support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area and wider office (TEMP TO PERM POSITION)

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front of House

· Greet all visitors, clients, contractors and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.

· Notify relevant members of staff when visitors arrive.

· Sign visitors in and out of the building and ensure appropriate procedures are followed.

· Provide refreshments and make drinks for visitors and meetings.

· Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming reception area.

· Answer and transfer calls through the company switchboard, dealing with enquiries where appropriate.

· Receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring items are passed to the correct person or department.

· Liaise with engineers when maintenance is required for photocopiers/printers.

Administrative Support

· Monitor the Courier and Meeting inboxes, responding to and actioning requests as required.

· Book meeting rooms and arrange meeting requirements where requested.

· Carry out regular drinks rounds for meetings

· Open and distribute incoming post.

· Assist other members of the administrative team with day-to-day tasks.
