You won’t just build dashboards; you’ll shape what the business sees and how insight drives action. Working closely with the Digital Transformation Director, Group IT Manager, and stakeholders across the business, you’ll play a key role in turning complex data into clear, meaningful, and actionable insight that influences decision-making at every level.

- Developing and maintaining robust data models and semantic layers within Power BI
- Writing and optimising DAX measures for performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Using Power Query (M) to transform, clean, and shape data for reporting
- Partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear reporting solutions
- Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all reporting outputs
- Defining and promoting best practices for dashboard design, usability, and data storytelling
- Continuously improving and evolving the Power BI reporting environment
- Collaborating with Data Engineers to resolve upstream data and pipeline issues
What We’re Looking For
We don’t expect every candidate to tick every box. If you’re strong across most of these areas and motivated by building something with real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

- Strong understanding of data visualisation best practices
- Knowledge of Power BI performance optimisation techniques
- Solid grasp of data structures and relationships
- Experience translating business requirements into effective reporting solutions
- A mindset focused on insight, storytelling, and business impact — not just report building
What You’ll Bring
- A passion for transforming complex data into clear, compelling business narratives

- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and constructively challenging assumptions where needed
- A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to improve how data supports the business
