We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Site Manager to join our Southern region and team based across Surrey, as part of our September 2026 intake and cohort. The Site Manager’s role is to deliver and manage an allocated project on time, to budget and safely. They ensure all trades follow and build the design specification. Site Managers control the build process on site and ensure all materials are ordered, planned and delivered when needed.
Key Information- Duration: 5-year degree apprenticeship (Level 4, followed by Level 6), combining practical work and academic study, working towards a BSc (Hons) degree in Construction Management.
- Location: Surrey, UK.
- Eligibility: Applicants will have ideally achieved A-level grades/BTEC Extended Diploma within two years of the September 2026 start date (including current Year 13 students – minimum of B, C, C grades required or BTEC/T-level equivalent).
- Full UK driver’s licence is highly desirable and favoured due to project locations.
