Current Vacancy
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Architectural Technician to join our Design team in our Cambridge office, as part of our September 2025 intake and cohort.
Role Responsibilities
As an Architectural Technician, you will prepare feasibility plans and design developments for Hill. You will work alongside the Development Surveyor to design projects in line with expectations and programmes, whilst being involved in drawing up planning applications and standard building details.
Key Information
- Duration: 5-year degree apprenticeship (Level 4, followed by Level 6), combining practical work and academic study, working towards a BSc (Hons) degree in construction management.
- Location: Ickleton, Cambridge.
- Eligibility: Ideally, applicants will have achieved A-level grades/BTEC Extended Diploma within two years of the September 2025 start date (including current Year 13 students – minimum of B, B, C grades required or BTEC/T-level equivalent). A full UK driver’s license is highly desirable and preferred due to project locations.
