The Hill Group is an award-winning, top 10 UK housebuilder creating a range of beautiful homes across London, the home counties, and the South.
Due to our team expanding we are looking for a Talent resourcer to join our Talent Team, based in Waltham Abbey, Essex.
You will be responsible for identifying, attracting and shortlisting candidates in line with the business needs, whilst researching the market, monitoring responses to adverts and managing the candidate through the recruitment process.
Key responsibilities:
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on Hill and their current projects
- Screening candidates for specific roles, and monitoring job advert responses
- Create and update adverts
- Qualify and shortlist suitable candidates, working with the appropriate business regions to find the right talent for the business
- Managing the full recruitment process, through interview to offer stage
- Prepare candidates for Interviews
- Filtering applications and communicating with candidates.
- Managing work experience across the group
- Managing application forms, psychometric tests and referencing checking
- Representing the business at recruitment events and exhibitions
- Interviewing candidates, proactively matching candidates skills and attributes to our current jobs
- Understand market conditions and rates
- Comply with all relevant employment legislation
Key requirements:
- Previous experience in a resourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition role (construction experience preferred)
- Flexible & adaptable with high attention to detail
- Hard working and resilient
- Customer focused
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- ATS experience β tracking and managing candidates
- Confident using recruitment tools and social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, job ad sites etc.)
- Regular travel to our regional offices and sites will be required (full UK drivers license essential)
