Here at Hill Group, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Talent Administrator
to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our internal Talent and Recruitment team in attracting, hiring and supporting the wider business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team.
  • Working with the business Talent Partners to manage and update employee onboarding.
  • Keeping accurate records of recruitment activity and running analytics and data reports.
  • Maintain and update HR company systems.
  • Support in all Hill Group Early Careers onboarding and administrative duties.
  • Create Hill branded content for internal and external sites and social media, using platforms such as Canva.
  • Assisting with workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives and recruitment strategies.

What we\’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, within HR or recruitment.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
  • IT system experience across Canva, ATS systems and HR platforms is not essential but beneficial.
