Hill Group UK is seeking a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day residential construction projects valued at £30m+. You’ll lead on-site delivery, coordinate teams and external partners, and ensure safety, quality and programme alignment across the project.
You’ll work closely with Commercial, Technical and Sales teams, mentor Assistant Site Managers and Trainees, manage design reviews, track progress and maintain site presentation while upholding H&S, CDM, scaffold and statutory standards.
