Lead Hill’s digital evolution—drive growth, impact, and innovation. As Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll shape and deliver the Group’s digital strategy—enhancing brand visibility, customer engagement and commercial success across every online platform. From campaign performance and content creation to analytics, team development and agency management, you’ll lead a high-performing function at the forefront of Hill’s five-year plan. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on pace, innovation and collaboration. You’ll work across paid, organic and owned channels—bringing consistency, creativity and data-led thinking to everything you do.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and inspire a digital marketing team across SEO, paid media, content, social and analytics
- Manage Group and development-level campaigns across multiple platforms and formats
- Oversee Hill’s website, microsites and digital brand presence
- Define KPIs, track results and report insights to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Product and Design teams
- Manage digital budgets, external agencies and key supplier relationships
- Champion Hill’s brand identity and tone of voice across all digital channels
- Support PR strategy and lead on digital content and media engagement
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and in-house digital capability
- Stay connected to digital marketing trends and embed innovation into practice
What we’re looking for:
- Deep experience in leading digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, content and social
- Strong understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or equivalent
- Skilled in CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo)
- Experience in UX/UI best practices and CMS platforms
- Budget and agency management experience
- A strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Proven leadership skills and ability to develop a high-performing team
- Clear, confident communication and stakeholder management skills
