We’re seeking an Assistant Contract Surveyor to support our commercial operations by managing costs, driving value, and ensuring the smooth delivery of construction projects. What You’ll Do:
- Assist in cash flow management and cost control, ensuring accurate reporting of costs and financial projections.
- Support procurement by preparing subcontractor orders and ensuring they align with programme requirements and project budgets.
- Collaborate with Production and Technical leads to identify risks and opportunities within designs and work packages.
- Contribute to subcontractor account management, including valuations, re-measurements, and timely payments.
- Produce detailed cost valuations, financial reports, and support the preparation of final accounts.
- Assist in value engineering processes to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.

- Degree-qualified or working towards a qualification in a relevant field.
