What you\βll do:
Support the Site Manager in delivering safe, high-quality, on-time construction projects
Lead day-to-day site activity, championing health & safety and quality standards
Coordinate sub-contractors and ensure programmes, plans and regulations are followed
Maintain a clean, well-presented site that reflects Hill\βs commitment to excellence
Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and external partners
What we\βre looking for:
HNC/NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience in construction
SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant safety qualifications
Confident communicator with strong time management and leadership skills
Knowledge of traditional, RC frame, and timber frame construction
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and attention to detail
