What you’ll do:
- Support the Site Manager in delivering safe, high-quality, on-time construction projects.
- Lead day-to-day site activity, championing health & safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate sub-contractors and ensure programmes, plans and regulations are followed.
- Maintain a clean, well-presented site that reflects Hill’s commitment to excellence.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
What we’re looking for:
- HNC/NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience in construction.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant safety qualifications.
- Confident communicator with strong time management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of traditional, RC frame, and timber frame construction.
