Teaching Assistant

Part Time Grade 3 Point 4 - £23,114 - £24,294 FTE (£19,423 - £20,414) pro rata to 21.49 hours and 39 weeks worked. Term Time only plus teacher training days (39 weeks). Permanent position from 8.20 am to 4.00 pm, 3 days across Monday to Friday (with half an hour unpaid break), term time only plus Teacher Training Days. Required to start October 2026.

• Under the direction of teaching staff, work with designated pupils, small groups and 1:1 preparing resources, delivering high quality interventions, supporting individual reading and other curriculum support activities.

• Experience of working with children across the primary age range.
• Experience of working with SEN pupils.
• Knowledge and understanding of child development.

• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.

• A passion for supporting children to be the best they can be.
