Senior Admin - Office Administrator Grade 4 Hill Farm Primary School
Monday - Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 08:00-15:30 (37 hours per week, term time only plus teacher training days, 39 weeks) FTC Maternity Cover until July 2027
Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and outstanding office administrator to make a major contribution to the successful management, efficiency and administration of the school by delivering first‑class professional administration management and providing HR/PA support. Working in a fast‑paced environment as part of the administrative team, you will ensure the school reception, administrative functions and HR/PA support operate effectively; coordinating these multiple workstreams to deliver a professional and crucial support service to the school, wider community and Trust.

- Flexibility, commitment to innovative strategies, and a ‘can do’ approach.
- Experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential.
