  • Providing technical expertise and support to customers and internal teams.
  • Supporting the design, development, and improvement of products and engineering solutions.
  • Producing and maintaining technical drawings, specifications, reports, and documentation.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues through effective problem‑solving and analysis.
  • Working closely with production, operations, and commercial teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, health & safety, and company standards.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across the business.

What We're Looking For

  • Expertise in Solid Works & Auto CAD
  • Experience with construction machinery, hydraulic and electronic control systems.
  • Workshop‑led mindset – able to translate design into real‑world manufacture.
  • Engineering qualification or relevant industry experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem‑solving ability.
  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A proactive approach with a commitment to delivering high standards of work.
