Key responsibilities:

  • Build email templates in Vuture.
  • Drive improvements in automated newsletters in line with preferences, ahead of full automation rollout in 2027.

  • Work closely with other marketing teams to deliver a joined-up approach across internal and external platforms.
  • Work alongside the Business Partnering team to ensure delivery of their key priorities for the year.
  • Monitor and report on email and social media performance, providing actionable insights to optimise engagement and efficiency.
  • Ensure all digital outputs meet GDPR compliance, accessibility standards, and maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Creating engaging video and audio content alongside multi-media designer for channel delivery.

What are we looking for:

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and consent-based marketing.
  • Experienced in automated email marketing workflows and personalisation.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices.
  • Line management experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outputs.

It would be beneficial for you to have some of the following:
